This article discusses the importance of maintaining sibling connections in child adoption and emphasizes the need for agencies to seek prospective foster and adoptive families who recognize the importance of preserving sibling connections and are open to adopting sibling groups. The need for agencies to provide ongoing training to professionals to enhance their understanding of the importance of maintaining sibling connections is addressed, and the use of photolisting by AdoptUSKids to place sibling groups is highlighted. 5 references.
