This article highlights the Determined, Responsible, and Empowered Adolescents Mentoring Relationships (DREAMR) Project in Clark County Nevada, that delivered a multifaceted line of services to current or former youth in foster care, including pregnant and parenting youths. Services to pregnant and/or parenting teens included the Nurturing Parenting Program and the 3-5-7 Model that is intended to help youths grieve relational losses they have experienced during their journey in care.
