This report highlights six California communities that have established collaborative bodies whose function includes supporting foster youth to enroll in college and complete their higher education goals. The communities include Placer County College Transition Support Team (CTST), Orange County Foster Youth Outcomes Group, Santa Clara County Juvenile Court Educational Partnership (JCEP), and Los Angeles Court Scholars. The examples highlight information about the formation, organizational structure and accomplishments of some of the partnerships that exist throughout the state.
