The second of two articles, this article discusses the experiences of a foster mother who fostered a 10-month old for a year before he was reunited with his birth family, and then returned four years later to her home with a younger brother. In the intervening time, she had adopted two young boys. The difficulties she faced with her foster children are described, as well as their reunification with their birth mother in a rehabilitation facility.
