This webpage notes child protection programs focus on child abuse or harm prevention, intervention, and enforcement and address a variety of issues including missing and exploited children, crimes against children, abused and neglected children, and children exposed to domestic or community violence. Profiles are then provided for programs that are designed to help protect children and include information on program goals, program activities, program theory, evaluation outcomes, program cost, program implementation, and evidence-base for the program. Charts rate each of the programs as effective, promising, or having no effect. Data indicates 32% of the programs have been proven effective, 54% have promising results, and 14% have no effect.
