This 1-hour, 5-minutes, podcast shares the perspectives of Family Voices United members on how the current COVID-19 pandemic is impacting the everyday lives of families and constituents connected to the child welfare system. Constituents of Family Voices United explain the current pandemic is having a huge impact on their lives and the well-being of their families. They describe their immediate concerns during the current crisis, what resources they are accessing, desired support and communications from child welfare leaders, and the importance of constituent engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic. The podcast also features the perspectives of organizations that support the constituents, including Generations United, the Children's Trust Fund Alliance, and FosterClub about the work their networks are taking to uplift, support and protect families during the COVID19 crisis.
