Funded through the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Children's Bureau, Grant #90CO1122, this National Quality Improvement Center for Adoption and Guardianship Support and Preservation (QIC-AG) tool provides professionals with a form to collect demographic information from adoptive parents and guardians participating in a stakeholder meeting about the quality and availability of services to families who have adopted or serve as guardians for the most vulnerable children. Questions address parenthood, services from public and private child welfare agencies, age, and experience with adoption and fostering.
