This article introduces 12 following articles that address implementation challenges faced in child abuse prevention programs. The articles discuss factors influencing the sustainment of evidence based practice (EBP) through research that combines quantitative survey data with qualitative focus group interviews, organizational climate and how employees perceive and support the implementation of an EBP, EBP training, EPB mental health services for victims of child abuse, EBP in pediatric services, interventions using social media, and child health care guidelines. 25 references.
