Abstract: Provides child welfare professionals with an overview of parent partner programs and explores how these programs benefit parents and children and ultimately support reunification. This webinar, offered as part of National Foster Care Month 2016, discusses how parent partner programs guide and motivate parents to have constructive interactions with the child welfare system and courts. Presenters include Jennifer Marcelli, the Center’s Program Area Manager for foster care; Taffy Compain, National Foster Care Specialist at the Children’s Bureau; Corey B.
